Once you have clarity on the facts of where you are right now, you can begin working on constructing the new you.
2. Your Goals
Most Women don’t believe they can change, and they don’t.
They never figure out exactly who they want to become, and because of that, they never design the path and start walking down it to become that person.
Once you know exactly the person you want to become, you can then reverse engineer that point B, allowing you to move forward with complete clarity and direction.
Which leads us into point three.
3. Your Daily Work
It's easy for us to set our 'point B'
But in order for us to reach this target, we need to get you onto what we call, the success compass

You need to be set up with a daily checklist that you can work through each and every day to make sure that you're following the right path and putting in the RIGHT work required to get there.
Too often people have their 'point B' in mind, but don't have this check list in place.
They're putting in the work but have uncertainty in the back of their mind because they're not sure if the work they're putting in even is the right work required...
Pillar Two is equipping you with all of the nutritional knowledge and skills you’ll need for long term diet success.
In order to do so, you must get clear on the following:
1. Your Flexible Dieting Method
Let’s be real here for a second.
Meal plans are never sustainable...
What you need is a diet method that allows you to eat with flexibility, so that you can still have your favourite foods and drinks, maintain a social life and get world class results.
Flexible Dieting is a diet that doesn’t impose any restrictions on food sources or choices, and employs a monitoring system that looks at measurable data, like Calories and Macronutrients.
Don’t misinterpret this – if you’re looking to progress in a consistent and calculated fashion then strict compliance in terms of macro and calorie management is imperative, but food choice certainly needn’t be as rigid as most think.
2. Your Specific Nutrition Plan
When we talk about a Nutrition Plan, we’re not talking about some generic meal plan. We’re talking about what your Calories and Macros are going to be for the next 12 months.
Every person has their own personal preferences when it comes to nutrition.
So your nutrition plan must be specific and individualised, especially for long term results.
Image that we just gave you plain chicken and broccoli on a meal plan for weeks on end, you’re not going to follow it!
3. Your Diet Strategies
Determining your Nutrition Plan, Calories and Macros is great at the beginning.
But what happens when your results start plateauing?
What do you do then?
Or what about a big event that’s coming up and you really want to go and enjoy yourself, but then also don’t want to ruin any progress you’ve made?
You need to have a toolkit of strategies such as:
This will ensure you can handle any curve balls that life throws at you.
Pillar Three is installing a training system that is structured and specific to you, it needs to be specific to building your glutes up and specific to getting you strong too.
In order to do so, you must get clear on the following:
1. You Need To Squat, Deadlift and Hip Thrust
“Booty bands build up your glutes” is what they’ll tell you
When in reality, they don’t work as well as you’d think.
To build world class glutes, you need to build up to the point where you can Squat, Deadlift and Hip Thrust more than your own body weight.
Look at some of the top WBFF Pro Bikini athletes, the ones with world class looking glutes are strong as f*ck at those lifts.
But they don’t often post themselves doing those lifts, as a video of them doing some random sh*t on a smith machine is way more interesting…
2. You Need To Perfect Your Technique
I see people on social media hip thrusting big numbers like 160kgs, but they hardly lift it off the floor...
Or I see them half squatting 100kgs.
Yet they still struggle to build a world class bikini body...
Becoming strong at the Squat, Deadlift and Hip Thrust is going to be one of the main drivers of building a world class bikini body yes -
But these lifts MUST be executed with perfect technique to ensure they’re safe but then you’re also getting the full benefit from the lift.
3. Your Structured Training Program
Your body is very smart, it likes normality and it will adapt to a stimulus that you give it after a few weeks.
Your training program needs to be periodised in a way that it’s going to constantly progress you over time.
Building strength and lean muscle doesn’t happen in a day or a week, it takes months of hard work, but there must be a structured training program in place to achieve those goals.
Pillar Four is developing a strong and confident mindset.
Having a world class bikini body is great, but you must develop a positive and happy relationship with your own body to ensure true happiness.
In order to do so, you must get clear on the following:
1. Your Environment
Ever considered that what you see, hear and read everyday places a tremendous impact on your mental health, both positive and negative?
What are you going to do about your environment to ensure you’re only being surrounded by positivity and people that bring you up, and not down?
What about social media?
Does that need a detox?
You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with, sit on that for a minute...
2. Your Reason
Each day you face resistance, distractions and adversity, and it’s easy to become caught up in it.
You must understand your true driving reason for embarking on this journey.
Otherwise, when sh*t gets hard, you’ll stop...
But, if your reason is greater than the resistance, distractions and adversity you face each day.
Nothing is going to stop you from being successful.
